Basic TMG Services

The service is aimed at a team’s top players or individual athletes and it includes:
- The initial TMG measurement and other complementary tests (functional tests, power tests)
- Individual training planning
- TMG monitoring of muscle condition during the training of strength, speed and endurance: in each of these trainings we measure indicator muscles. [example1]
-A complete TMG muscle check up at the end of each mezzo cycle (every four weeks)
-Status and progress reports
-We ensure significant progress in speed and specific strength of the trained athlete
